In Shark Tank Season 12 Episode 2, Elly Gheno asked the sharks for a $500,000 investment in her company, BootayBag, in exchange for a 5% equity. BootayBag is a subscription underwear service for women that aims to make buying new lingerie a hassle-free process. During her pitch, Elly shared that BootayBag had earned $15 million in sales since it launched in 2016, despite starting with a $300 investment.

However, despite large sales numbers, BootayBag is only earning a 5% profit margin, leaving very little room for error or growth. But even with these issues, Elly Gheno and BootayBag secured a deal with guest shark Kendra Scoot for $500,000 for 5% equity. At the time of writing, we haven’t received a BootayBag update since it first appeared on the show, but it seems that after Shark Tank BootayBag is doing just fine.
