LIFTiD founders Ken and Allyson appeared on Shark Tank Season 12 Episode 5 and pitched their neurostimulation product to the sharks. Basically, LIFTiD is a neurostimulator that supposedly increases your brain function by stimulating neurons in the brain.
You simply place the device on your forehead while you’re doing some type of mental activity, and receive small jolts of electricity that supposedly sparks your unused neurons. Ken and Allyson claim this stimulates focus for the user.

However, some of the other sharks seemed more open to it and were even willing to try out the product themselves during the pitch.
Ken shared that the company had sold 1,240 units so far, resulting in $126,000 in sales.
However, at the end of the day, none of the sharks were willing to take on the liability that neurostimulation brought with it, and LIFTiD left
