While the idea may sound silly, their patented popping cake stand managed to sell $280,000 worth of stands in 2019.

However, things took a quick turn in the tank when Jordan and Liz told the sharks that they wanted to sell pre-made cakes, and pre-packaged gifts to their customers.

Between this and the high valuation, Surprise Cake left Shark Tank Season 3 without a deal from the sharks.

We have good news to share in our Surprise Cake update! The company is still in business, and its products are also selling well on Amazon.

Their popular pop-up cake stand is also available on the Surprise Cake website. While the sharks weren’t excited about their pre-made cake idea, it seems customers loved the idea!

Pre-made cakes with custom gifts are available on their website, so if baking isn’t your thing, you’re in luck!

The company has an estimated $2.5 million valuation, which isn’t too bad despite not getting a deal on Shark Tank Season 12.
